1. The surface must be clean and dry. Remove any loose or friable material, along with any existing paint from the treated areas. Apply Rebuild Stabiliser evenly over the repair area using a brush. Allow the product to penetrate the surface for at least 10 minutes and then remove any excess with dry absorbent paper.

2. Using clean tools, measure out 3 parts base (resin) to 1 part activator (hardener) by weight or volume. Accurate measurement is essential to ensure full cure and optimal performance.

3. Place both components onto a clean mixing surface and mix thoroughly using a putty knife or similar with a folding and spreading action until the blend is uniform and streak-free, ensuring full activation—only prepare what can be used within 25–30 minutes at 20°C.

4. Apply small amounts of the filler into the repair area first, pressing firmly to avoid trapping air. Build up the repair gradually with larger volumes as needed.

5. Smooth the surface to match the surrounding area before leaving the repair to fully cure.
